How We Do Unit Blocks

Environment

We are responsible for the social, economic, educational, moral, and environmental impact of our unit blocks for the entire lifecycle, from cradle to cradle.

We start with FSC® certified Hard Rock Maple and it just gets better from there. In the end, your blocks arrive using the most environmentally responsible shipping option available.

Shipping

We offer reasonable-but-not Free Shipping with online tracking using our preferred carrier, the United States Postal Service. This offer includes the entire continental United States plus all APO / FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and some U.S. territories. Other shipping options are available.

We also ship our hard maple wooden blocks to Canada, Mexico, U.K., the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Worldwide. Just start the checkout process, adding your contact information, and send us a chat or email message so we can provide you with a updated discount shipping total.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on unit block orders shipped out of state unless instructed otherwise by the North Carolina Department of Revenue. If applicable, North Carolina sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

International Buyers

We love fulfilling your orders. Please note that we do not collect Sales Tax, Value Added Tax, GST, PST, or any other tax on international orders. You are responsible for understanding the taxes, tariffs, and customs of your own country and paying any import taxes, duties, or tariffs due on your order. We will mark your order value as the amount you pay not including the shipping and handling for your order. If the shipping cost is not calculating correctly, we can adjust shipping to match the current retail rates for USPS Priority International shipping. Due to risk of fraud, we do not accept pickup at our location by freight forwarders. If you have a large international order, please contact us for prepayment and shipping options.

Returns?

We will accept returns for defective unit blocks for up to 10 years after your original purchase. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason. We'll do everything possible to make you happy!
