Policies

Shipping: We ship anywhere in the world via USPS with delivery confirmation. All items are shipped using either Media Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail depending on the item weight or customer choice.

Tax: We charge sales tax on all orders bought or shipped from or to NY state (8.75%), however we do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.

Return Policy: We will exchange any defective item, and accept turns on all other items. If items are returned and not defective in any way, there will be a 20% fee deduction. Shipping is not refundable. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
