If you receive a product that is missing something that was claimed to be included, or the item was DOA, at our sole discretion we will replace the product or refund your money. Items returned that are determined to be in working condition (when buyer claims DOA, or other malfunction), missing pieces, or otherwise not in the condition they were ship to you in will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
