This auction is for Disney's "Disneyland Story" Jumbo pin. This is a "brand new and in the box" beautiful new Limited Edition of just 750 Jumbo pin that is absolutely one of the most beautiful pins ever produced by Disney. Designed by Monty Maldovan this is a TRUE centerpiece item, if you are familiar with the "Spectacle of Pins Holiday Storybook Jumbo pin or the Cruise Line Storybook Jumbo, this is the match/mate for those beautiful pieces and is the best of them all. Starting on the outside, the "book cover" is done in pearlized white over gold tone with gold tone branches & leaves and delicate pastel flowers in soft metallics and with 3 clear jewels and "Disneyland" in gold tone script. There is a 'window in the center that looks in at the Castle and even gold tone emblems at the corners and Tinker Bell is a pin on pin element. It is Gorgeous! The pin opens to reveal an inside cover of many of the Disney characters under a blue sky and the opposite side shows Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald & Daisy with a banner as a large pin on pin element against a background of Cinderella's Castle highlighted with more jewels below Dumbo and another pin on pin element of Peter Pan. One of the finest Disney Jumbo pins ever made his pin is destined to be a centerpiece in any collection. A Perfect Keepsake for any fan & a RARE & Beautiful pin!
