This auction is for Disney's "Pirate's Lair" Fab 5 Super Jumbo pin. This is a wonderful New in Box, Limited Edition of 500 Super Jumbo pin that celebrates Disneyland's newest attraction with the Fab 5 in what is nothing less than an amazingly detailed and well though out piece of art! The background of the docks and Lafitte's Tavern are so finely detailed that they have to be seen to be believed and the Pirate's Lair & DLR logos are at the bottom. The Fab 5 are engaged in various activities today at Pirate's Lair. Pluto is the river pilot bringing his raft, all a pin on pin eleent, to the dock. Goofy is a slider element that comes down from the 'crows nest'. Mickey, with a treasure map in hand, has climbed to the top of the flag pole which is a spring attachment. And Minnie & Donald are another pin on pin element crossing swords on the docks. This Super Jumbo pin celebrating this super attraction measures 4" by 5 1/2", makes a wonderful conservation piece and would make a lovely addition to any Disneyana collection.
