TERMS OF SALE: By bidding on this item the buyer understands and agrees with all the statements noted in the Sales policy, shipping and payment details section. PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction . If payment is not received I will file a case with ebay.  Please do not bid if you cannot or do not intend on paying.. Product availability is not guaranteed after 5 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 5 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 5 days I have not received payment without notification, I will file for a non-paying buyer notification, negative feedback and I will resell the item.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after full payment is cleared and order is processed. All items will ship by USPS. Shipping charges is based on the rates currently charged by  USPS. Additional charge of $1.80 for residential delivery, $.50 for fuel surcharges, $2 for signature ,shipping charges includes insurance for item, (and you do not have to pay extra), In case of return, customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to deliver item back to us. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.

Please remember, this is an auction-All sales are final! I do not accept any returns or exchanges, If the product is damaged during the shipping upon arrival, I must be notified of the situation with in 3 days of your receipt, any claims for damage product after 3 days of your receipt will be denied by our policy. By accepting our terms of sale, you are automatically accepting all our policy!
