SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: All items includes Handling fee, with Delivery Confirmation and will ship by USPS. Shipping charges is based on the rates currently charged by  USPS customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to deliver item back to me. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. Only ship to the Pay Pal Address. Please make sure your address in PayPal is Correct before you pay.
