This measures approx 11" across and approx 5" in depth.  I can not tell you if the blue is painted on but it sure doesn't look it.  Anyways, there are no cracks, flaws or chips that I can see.  That is why I am saying they are in excellent condition.  I would like to say but if there is something I missed, I am covered this way.
