A special blend of ingredients kick-starts Tough & Tender all-purpose cleaner’s abilities by reducing the surface tension of water to boost the overall power of the cleaning agents by allowing them to more easily penetrate and lift dirt away.

• Phase Two: Soils Break Down

A proprietary blend of solvents begins to safely, naturally put stains into solution. This unique blend includes Melaleuca Oil, which also helps the formula penetrate stains to completely remove them.
