General Policies

• If you have a question about a part you must email us BEFORE bidding. We try to answer all email within 1-2 business days.
• We ship to Confirmed PayPal addresses only.
• Unfortunately we are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses.
• We export - Contact us for shipping price BEFORE bidding.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Immediate payment required via PayPal.
• We will refund your payment if it does not match these guidelines.

Returns

• All non-electric items are returnable within 30 days of original purchase minus shipping & restock fee, only if the part has not been installed.
• All electrical items are returnable within 14 days of original purchase minus shipping & restock fee, only if the part has not been installed.
• Returned items will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition.
• Any shipping, installation, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees are non-refundable under any Circumstances.
• Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
• Item used as a troubleshooting device are non-returnable.
• If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
• Items ordered incorrectly must be exchanged within 14 business days, eMail us immediately!
• Warranty does not cover shipping,

• Please pay for the item through the eBay auction, do not send us a payment. It will be declined.

• No Combined Shipping on multiple items.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”
