* If you have a question about a part you must email us BEFORE bidding. We try to answer all email within 1-2 business days.

* Unfortunately we are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses.

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns
* All non-electric items are returnable within 30 days of original purchase minus shipping & restock fee, only if the part has not been installed.
* All electrical items are returnable within 14 days of original purchase minus shipping & restock fee, only if the part has not been installed.
* Returned items will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition.
* Any shipping, installation, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees are non-refundable under any Circumstances.
* Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
* Item used as a troubleshooting device are non-returnable.
* If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
* Items ordered incorrectly must be exchanged within 14 business days, eMail us immediately!
