This Asrock ATX motherboard is based on the Intel G31 Express chipset with support for Intel Core2 Quad processor in an LGA775 socket with a 1066 MHz system bus, Intel Core2 Duo processor in an LGA775 socket with a 1333 MHz system bus, Intel Pentium Dual-Core processor in an LGA775 socket with an 800 MHz system bus, and Intel Celeron processor in an LGA775 socket with an 800 MHz system bus.  

Two DIMM sockets support up to 4 GB of system memory with support for DDR2 800 MHz, or DDR2 667 MHz DIMMs. Other features include High Definition Audio subsystem, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 (Intel GMA 3100) onboard graphics, and Gigabit (10/100/1000 Mbits/sec) LAN subsystem.
