PoliciesShipping The Store will not ship
orders to All orders are sent by USPS
(United State Postal Service) and insured by the value amount. The insurance
will not cover the shipping cost. Please be sure your phone number and e-mail
address is correct. Some times is necessary to contact you, If we can’t, we
will not ship the order or bill you. Due to the amount of the order or the
nature of the products some orders will be shipped by a land carrier other than
USPS. If so, we will contact you by e-mail and/or phone. Products are sent or
delivered to card authorized address only. New Products Returns Please call the Store to get
an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) before returning any product. Return will be accepted for
fifteen (15) days only. All returned products have to be in new conditions with
all its original contents complete. If the product is a Software no returns are
accepted. The following products will be subject to a 15% restock charge:
Computers, Monitors, Printers, Cameras, Video Recorders and Video Projectors.
All claims require the original invoice or sale receipt. Any money return will
be done by the same means of the purchase, if the purchase was cash we will
return cash, if card we will credit your card. All returned products will
be subject to our inspection and/or testing. Any product that is broken, burned,
with physical damage, incomplete or opened beyond its normal use will loose the
warranty with the Store and the manufacturer. Save all the package content for
thirty one (31) days including the shipping box. All the products have been
opened to place special labels for warranty purpose. The removal of any label
will void the warranty with the Store and the manufacturer. Defective Products Returns Please call the Store to get
an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) before returning any product. The Store will honor the
warranty of a defective product for thirty (30) days. Most products are
warranted of manufacturing defects for one (1) year by the manufacturer and
others for more than one (1) year. All claims require the original invoice or
sale receipt. All returned products will be subject to our inspection and/or
testing. Any product that is broken, burned, with physical damage, incomplete or
opened beyond its normal use will loose the warranty with the Store and the
manufacturer. Save all the package content for thirty one (31) days including
