International shipments will be marked for customs as merchandise sample.  Import Duties, Vat, Taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or in the shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Shipping/Handling

We use four (4) shipping modes. 

(1) First Class 

(2) First Class International 

(3) Domestic Priority Mail 

(4) International Priority Nail.

All shipping modes carry a unique tracking number, related to each individual shipment. Please note that all domestic Shipping tracking number are traceable from SHIP point to destination DELIVERY point.

All Shipping modes for International shipments also carry one unique shipping or a tracking number. First Class International packet can be track down only within USA. There is no tracking information beyond the shipper country. We also give no guarantee of that. Item or goods can be tracked only when it received to the buyer. Priority Mail International packet are traceable all the way from the shipper country to its final destination.

We will be on an overseas business trip to our production unit during February 6, 2020 to March 14, 2020.We will be doing very limited shipping during this period. You can ask before buying, if we can ship your order or not? From February 5, 2020 to March 14, 2020, we will not be shipping major or large ticket items. We will be giving responses to all emails on daily basis and some of the items (limited) will also be shipped promptly. But please check before making any purchase. Customer Service will reply all emails, mostly within 24 hours. Small ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, as usual. About other big items we can work around and try to ship, quickly as possible. If we cannot, we will cancel such orders, and refund.
