Bay Area Exports was a collaborative project that began shooting in November 2001. The goal of the project was to create a professional and marketable product related to scratch DJs and bay area turntabalism. Bay Area Exports was created to serve as a showcase and a glossary of DJ scratching techniques. Some of the best bay area talents (The Tomkat, DJ Disk, DJ Hop, Zeph & Saucer) were invited to film and immortalize their moves on DVD. We were involved with the project from its conception (the idea put forth by The Tomkat).
