Up for grabs is another hard to find vintage original chopper part:  ORIGINAL 70's CUSTOM  PAINTED SPORTSTER TANK  Has red paint with light flake fading to orange at the bottom with black to gold tribal style graphics.   CONDITION: Please look at all of the supersized pictures and use the zoom feature to make your own final judgement, I have tried to highlight the item from all angles.  Here is the condition as I see it: - Tank is in overall very good solid shape. - Steel body is in overall excellent solid shape with no visible dings or dents.  - The paint has plenty of old school patina: knicks, chips, scrapes, crazing, crackling, gas damage and sun fading that can be seen in pictures 1-10. - Inside is pretty clean but should be given a good cleanout before it's ready to be filled up and run (see photo 11).  Would also suggest a good inline filter (which you should run on any tank regardless). - No gas cap or petcocks are included.  Comes only as shown in photos 1-11.   FITMENT/SPECS:  - This is a standard Harley Davidson "Peanut" Sportster tank. Please make sure that you are comfortable with custom fitting to your application.  - I am more than happy to assist with measurements or additional pictures if needed.    SHIPPING: - My shipping price always includes the cost of FULL VALUE INSURANCE and for items over $750 also includes SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (this requires USPS Express, UPS, or FedEx delivery for International) this is not an option due to the value/rarity of the items I sell and eBay policy, so please be aware when bidding on an item over $750 of the additional cost when shipping internationally (Go to shipping page and choose USPS International Express for the correct pricing estimate on items valued over $750).  -Additionally please be aware that shipping cost also takes into account eBay and PayPal fees as well as packaging, materials, and time to make sure your item is professionally packaged and shipped within 1 business day and arrives to you safe and as pictured.  If you have any questions/issues please feel free to ask, I am also open to working with you to save $ anywhere I can within reason but when working through eBay I will always follow eBay rules/regulations/policies, this is not an option when transacting business on eBay. -International Shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
