Failure of BUYER to so notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment. In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY. No return will be accepted after the shipper (UPS or FedEx) conduct the inspection. All "sold as is" items does not carry and warranty and no refund would be issued for sold as is items. Ask any questions before bidding. Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments.
