This is a gorgeous antique German Kestner shoulderhead doll with a slight turn of the head. She is small, measuring approx. 6 1/2" tall. Beautiful bisque head without any damage or hairlines. Coloring is great. Original blue blown glass sleep eyes and original human hair wig. Antique dress and undergarments, no shoes or stockings. Original marked Kestner body with beautiful bisque hands. Very good condition.
this doll has painted on shoes, and is over 100 years old.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated shipping, includes insurance. I ship actual costs.
Shipping Time:
I ship within 3 days of receiving Paypal payment or a MO. Do not fault me for shipping times that are outside of my control.
Returns:
If the item you received was not described accurately, please do let me know. I do my best in my listings to describe the items and supply pictures, but sometimes I may miss something. If item was not as described and this would affect the value of the item, it is returnable for a refund less shipping costs. I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Antique dolls are fragile and I prefer to not have them going back and forth in the mail any more than necessary.
Feedback:
I work very hard to ensure that I receive positive feedback and high DSR's from my buyers. PLEASE do not leave me a negative or neutral without contacting me to try to resolve whatever issue you may have. My goal is to receive and maintain the highest detailed seller ratings (5 on the DSR scale). Since actual shipping cost and time is outside of my control I expect to receive 5's on these items and strive to receive 5's on the remaining criteria.
I am glad to leave my buyers positive feedback once they notify me that the item has arrived.
My general layaway terms:
Please contact me if you would like to arrange layaway before the auction ends. I am quite flexible in my terms, so let me know if you need something other than what is mentioned here. I require 25% down within 1 week of end of auction. This amount is non-refundable if buyer does not follow through on making their payments as planned and no longer wants the doll. 3 equal payments are then due, 1 each 30 days for balance of purchase. If for some reason, you need to delay a payment, please let me know ~ this is generally not a problem, however I do not want to extend layaway's to longer than 3 months unless prior arrangements have been made.
I accept Paypal Per Ebay Rules. If you would prefer a different method of payment, please contact me. Short Term Layaway is available for pricier items, please ask about before auction ends. Payment MUST reach me within 7 business days of auction. Returns will be accepted only if item is grossly misrepresented, remember ~ most of my items are antique so you should expect some wear that does not affect the item's value unless noted in my description. Any returns are less shipping charges to/from. Thank you!

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. The buyer has 3 shipping days to return the item back to the seller. The item has to be in the same con., it was sent out. The seller will refund the money for the item, and the item only. The buyer will not be refunded the money for shipping, and the buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to the seller. After the seller receives the item back, and all is good the seller will refund the money for the item, back to the buyer that day. thank you
