Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. The buyer has 3 shipping days to return the item back to the seller. The item has to be in the same con., it was sent out. The seller will refund the money for the item, and the item only. The buyer will not be refunded the money for shipping, and the buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to the seller.
