We strive to process your order quickly. You will receive an acknowledgment for your order that describes what you ordered, the pricing, the delivery, shipping address, billing address and other terms.  Product quality is guaranteed to meet the specifications when the order was accepted. We will work to correct any problems. If the items shipped are not as described, we will either correct the problem with your tooling or provide a refund. In most cases this will be minus our return shipping, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything. Bottom line, we want you happy but we are also not running a tool rental business!
