Domestic Shipping and Handling Guarantee

We guarantee to process/handle all orders within one business day after payment is received and cleared.  Often times we ship same or next day, but no items will be shipped any later than one business day after processed.  Tracking numbers will be provided to you through eBay email - as available.  Please be advised that we have no power over delivery delays due to wrong information provided to us, carrier errors, national holidays, bad weather, natural disasters, or any other number of circumstances that are simply beyond our control.  

In cases where a package is returned to us because 

we were provided the

 wrong shipping information by the buyer, we will send an invoice for the cost of re-shipping - upon receipt of payment we will ship according to our standard shipping guarantee (see above).  If you would rather cancel the order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

International Shipping and Handling - Worldwide

International shipping is available - price for international shipping is calculated by weight and location.  We do offer combined weight shipping discounts on international orders - please contact us prior to making payment for any other questions on shipping discounts. 

We are not responsible for customs charges, international taxes or delivery delays due to your country's customs regulations, bad weather, remote location, worker strikes, local political disputes, etc.

Express International	Usually takes 3-8 business days, but can be delayed depending on Country location, weather, customs, postal delays, etc.  Packages using this service are tracked and the tracking number will be provided
