Shipping Details
Free shipping applies to the continental US only. We ship fast and you will find your package will usually be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. We use USPS or FedEx Ground depending on your location. Delivery confirmation is included. Please note, your item will ship only to the registered 'ship to' address on your PayPal account.
International Shipping
We charge the actual amount charged to us. Our business is registered in the US so we cannot alter the customs forms to show a lesser value than you paid; nor can we check the item as a gift. The import and value added taxes (VAT) are not in our control and they are assessed to you upon delivery. If your country is not mentioned in our shipping locations, please contact us for a quote.
For your protection and ours, we ship using only USPS Insured Priority or Express mail to the confirmed ship to address registered on your PayPal account only. If we overestimated the weight or the cost in this estimate, we will refund the difference.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the product we sell, all sales are final. However, under extenuating circumstances we may make an exception. Please contact us. If an exception is made and we agree to a return it must be returned within 3 days, in the original condition, with all the tags intact. Shipping and associated shipping costs that were billed to us, even if they were free to you, are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for intimate apparel, swimwear and health & beauty products.
Condition Details
Overstock - These garments are new and were never in a store.
Overstock items were simply over-ordered by the retailer's buyer and never placed on a selling floor.
Store Stock - Manufactured as first quality and were purchased as new through liquidation channels. They may have been on a store shelf or rack and may have been tried on and handled in the retail store for look and fit. These items may have clearance or sale pricing on the tags. Interior tags will not be defaced unless mentioned. We try to mention any imperfections obtained from the retail environment to the best of our ability, but something small may get by us. Please review the photos and description carefully and make your selections appropriately.
Customer Return - These items were purchased and returned to the vendor due to imperfection, damage, preference or individual sizing issue. Any imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability. They represent the greatest bargain to you as it may be possible to clean up, fix or repair these items to like new condition.
Colors
Colors vary from monitor to monitor and eye to eye. Blues, reds, greens, pinks, corals etc. have many different shades, tones and hues. If you are looking for a particular shade for an exact match, please do not purchase without actually seeing the item's color in another retail store.
