PayPal offer buyers the ability to pay by major Credit Card, or electronic funds
transfer from your account to ours while keeping your payment information secure

Shipping
We ship all of our items within two
(2) business days from receiving a cleared payment. Most of our items are available
to the 48 Continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto
Rico. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote if you live in Hawaii,
Alaska or Puerto Rico as shipping costs to these areas are generally higher than
the Lower 48 states. We do charge a surcharge up front for HI, AL or PR
but we will refund the difference if actual shipping charges are less! We try to keep our shipping charges fair and reasonable.
Please remember these prices include not only shipping charges, but also
shipping supplies, handling fees, fuel charges etc. If you have a question

This Gas Go-Kart can
not be shipped to California due to their strict emissions laws and regulations!
If you purchase this item and live in California a refund will be given
immediately.
ScooterX's 30 day bumper to bumper Warranty
ScooterX's 30 day Warranty covers any part on the
scooter, go kart, gas skateboard that is factory defective or manufacture
defect. Meaning if something is mechanically wrong with your product we will
take care of it by sending out replacement parts. If something comes broken or
missing from package we will send a new part to you immediately. The warranty
covers anything that is wrong or goes wrong within 30 days of purchase date.
How do we handle the warranty?
- If you have a technical issue such as engine wont start, brakes dont
work, etc.. we have a tech support page and tech support videos. If you still
have issues with your product after reading the tech support page you can call
702-889-1741 ex 2. This is our tech support line open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm pacific
standard time.
- If you have a broken or damaged part we have an online warranty claim
form that needs to be filled out, and a replacement part will be sent out.
-Whats not covered under warranty?
- Tire tubes that get punchured from
driving. If the tube is flat the day you get your product do to manufacturer
defect we will replace it. If you get a flat because something punchured the
tube while driving this will not be covered under warranty.
What will void my factory warranty?
- Misuse and abuse
Misuse example: You didn't put any 2
stroke oil in your gas and you blew up your motor. Warranty void on motor, all
other parts on scooter will still be covered under the warranty.
Abuse example: You crashed your
product and broke it. Warranty void on broken parts
Abuse example 2: You are jumping your
item and something breaks, warranty void.
Return Policy We do not
take returns once gas has been poured into the tank. If you have an Electric
model we will not accept a return once its been used.

We are glad that we are able to provide you
with quality items at affordable prices. Please be sure of your intent on
purchasing an item if you place a bid on an item. Please check
out specific return policies for this specific auction. We list all items
in good faith and they are available when the item is listed...some of our items
are listed with 30 day timeframes and although we do our best to keep our
listings updated as far as availability sometimes an item will sell out through
our other auction sites, or web stores. If you purchase something that is
not available or on back order we will contact you ASAP to let you know the
situation and give you estimates of when it will be back in stock, at that time
you can elect to wait for the item to come in, or cancel this transaction and a
refund will be issued. Again we try to catch the listings
and end those auctions prior to purchases but on occasion we sell out and are
unable to end an auction in time. Thank you for your understanding.
We understand that the "buyer" is trusting
the "seller" to deliver a product that is represented within the content of the
seller's ad and that they are taking on most of the risk in these transactions.
