General  Warranty Information

These warranties cover defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly at factory only. All replacement parts and warranty approvals are at the sole discretion of Redcat Racing.

These warranties do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation. Redcat does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in any way. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all returned items must first receive a return merchandise number from Redcat prior to shipment. 

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal.  PayPal offer buyers the ability to pay by major Credit Card, or electronic funds transfer from your account to ours while keeping your payment information secure and private.

 

Shipping

We ship all of our items within two (2) business days from receiving a cleared payment.  All of our items are available to the 48 Continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote if you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico as shipping costs to these areas are generally higher than the Lower 48 states.  We do charge a surcharge up front for HI, AL or PR but we will refund the difference if actual shipping charges are less!  We try to keep our shipping charges fair and reasonable.  Please remember these prices include not only shipping charges, but also shipping supplies, handling fees, fuel charges etc.  If you have a question about our shipping policies or prices please contact us before you bid.  Thank You!
