SHIPPING: All items ship within 24 hours of payment, M-F when received prior to 5pm. In the U.S. items are shipped via First Class Mail with a tracking number. Packages over 13 oz will ship via Priority. On International orders, items will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. All order to Italy MUST go via Priority due to the typical delays. Priority for all other locations is available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Customs duties, taxes and charges - should there be any - are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility

RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.   All Shipping costs (to/from buyer) will NOT be reimbursed  ANY approved return is subject to a restocking fee of 35%. You must contact me with within 14 Days of receiving the item. Refunds are given as Money Back or Exchange.
