Please do not confuse this with the glass or acrylic globes being sold. This is a very high quality crystal and really shows the difference. This one has an Aurora Borealis coating making it apear to have rainbows. This man made crystal ball is made from the finest lead crystal produced. You can see by the pictures that it seems to glow from within when the light hits it. This would make a wonderful executive gift or a gift for any world traveler or teacher. It is priced so low for the quality. It comes with an acrylic ring stand. This globe is 80 mm, almost 3 inches in diameter. It shows the latitude, longitude and continents.
