After a coffin is delivered to a sleepy little Japanese town, one of the locals discovers that its occupant isn't dead yet. Soon young women are found to be suffering from strange bite marks and massive blood loss. Only one woman, Akiko, knows the truth, but even she doubts what she is seeing.

As friends and family begin to change she realizes that her childhood nightmare had always been a reality. Now she must once again visit the Vampire’s lair and confront the monster, but can the village be saved before it's too late?
