This series follows the life and times of Japan’s greatest
swordsman, the legendary Miyamoto Musashi from the showdown with Sasaki Kojiro
through the rest of his eventful life.
Great storytelling, and even better sword fighting. A very
intense, fast paced story, the lead role, acted in a spirit of dignified
machismo by Kinya Kitaoji (the son of old-time Jidaigeki star Ichikawa Utaemon)
is the perfect Musashi, strong and bold, but learning to become a superior man
as well as the supreme swordsman.
