Ero Shogun to Nijuichi Nin no Aisho - The Tokugawa Shogun, who is at death’s door, chooses a successor and then dies. Unfortunately his successor is more interested in books than women.
Fearing that the new Shogun will not carry on the Family name, a corrupt Lord, with the help a female Ninja-esque thief, replaces the Shogun with a horny double, while the real Shogun learns the pleasures of women.
They get more than they bargained for when the double, with his new found wealth, power, and access to the O’oku (the hidden, maze-like inner structure of Edo Castle), refuses to give up his title…
Deep within Edo Castle was the O'oku (the inner palace)--this large and expansive living quarters was for the wives and concubines of the Tokugawa Shogun. The entrance was under the tightest security, and the corridors were barred to all men except the Shogun himself. It is said that over 1,000 women lived in the O'oku to serve the Shogun. For him, life in the O'oku was like living in paradise.
