A core component of the Wellness Center is our focus on spiritual and personal development. Through the help of professional volunteers the Wellness Center offers several types of self-discovery workshops to help our participants explore their world through various creative outlets such as journaling, writing, and painting. A $25 donation can pay for the art supplies for one person to participate in these projects.
