Level with gray base. The base diameter is just under 1-3/4".
Turntable must be level for proper sound and stops pre-mature stylus and LP wear. When stylus is not in center of groove it wears the stylus and tour LP won't sound like it's capable of sounding. Very inexpensive investment to make sure your turntable is set-up properly.

Its very important to have a level
turntable so the stylus action is proper and square in the record
grooves not causing pre-mature wear to your LP's and stylus. When the
turntable and platter are not level it causes the stylus and tonearm to
push to the side of the grooves causing bad stylus tracking and hurts
the sound of your LP's. So make sure your turntable is always level for
more accurate stylus action therefore better detail and accurate sound.
Most hear and feel a difference right away and with all that money in
your turntable cartridge and stylus let alone your treasured LP's it is a
small investment you'll be glad you made .
Flanged gray base has holes for easy mounting if you choose to mount yours.
Also very important to have a level Cd and DVD players.
Level doesn't have to be used for just turntables you can use it wherever it may fit your purpose.
