One of the best sound improvements you can use for your turntable and LP's.

Usually LP's will will sound better if you place a felt mat over a turntables hard rubber factory mat. That if your turntable came with a hard rubber mat. Many can just use the felt mat without the hard factory mat directly onto the platter without having to remove a hard rubber mat. So try it both ways and see what works out best. You might need to re-adjust the VTA (vertical tracking angle) of your turntables tonearm a small small amount depending if its higher with your new felt mat or lower in the case when you remove the factory mat with felt in can end up a bit to low.
