Not long ago, I noticed two tiny dark marks on the bottom edges of the bag, I have no idea where these marks came from because I did not see these marks when I bought it from Coach (It's my fault for not placing this bag inside the dust bag) when I tried to clean it with water, it started to scattered, gets bigger and out from desperation and frustration I end up making it worse by using some type of cleaner and scraping the black mark on the side area (pic 2). Please see the last two photos and you will be the judge If these marks takes away the beauty from this bag.  It has never been used at all! You can tell from the look and feel of the leather, it has never been used. And these marks are really not easily noticeable because of the location, these are located on the side and edges.
