Every item in our store has an estimated Handling Time which is the number of business days it takes for an item to be prepared for shipment. Each handling time varies based on the warehouse.  Some warehouses can be ship within 24 hours and others require a longer time such as 3-5 Business Days.     

 

We do issue tracking numbers once the item ships.  Please allow 7-10 days for the item to arrive once you recieve the tracking information.

 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement upon return of the item.

You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of purchase; all you need to do is request the return within eBay's Program.  Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected. Please note, return shipping costs are not refunded and original shipping and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

 

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

We use the eBay Global Shipping Program exclusively for international orders.   With this service, eBay arranges and handles the international shipping and collects any duties, taxes and other fees that may be necessary.
