Jewelry is shipped in a padded envelope (or flat rate) and in a cotton filled box. If you would like additional boxes or pretty gift boxes they are listed separately in my store.

Items will normally be shipped with in 2 business days. You choose the shipping method. Prices are based on item size, weight, your location, and the shipping method you choose. I do offer shipping discount (by the weight of the items) for multiple items, and try to use flat rate packages when ever possible.
Insurance is available by request for actual cost. It is recommended on all purchases, and will be required on purchases over $50
Refunds must be pre-approved. Shipping is non refundable, there will also be a 15% restocking fee unless another agreement is made. Insurance is responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping
