Items will normally be shipped with in 2 business days. You choose the shipping method. Prices are based on item size, weight, your location, and the shipping method you choose. I do offer shipping discount (by the weight of the items) for multiple items, and try to use flat rate packages when ever possible.
Insurance is optional, and actual cost. It is recommended as I am not responsible for the item once it is shipped.
