CONDITION: GOOD/FINE Does not appear to have ever been used. There is still original gum on the back. There is also a hinge that I have left for fear of doing any damage.

I am new to the "world of stamps" but have a huge lot of old stamps by inheritance & etc and I have been poring over my Scott guide & really trying to make heads & tails of all these beautiful little miniature works of art!
