Prince & Princess of Wales ~ From Quebec Tercentenary Issue ~ July 16 1908

CONDITION: GOOD/FINE Does not appear to have been used or canceled. But it did have a hinge which I carefully removed. There is a small white splotch on The Prince's moustache, (see photo below)

I am new to the "world of stamps" but have a huge lot of old stamps by inheritance & etc and I have been poring over my Scott guide & really trying to make heads & tails of all these beautiful little miniature works of art! If any of you knowledgeble collector's out there that are viewing this listing see any errors that I may have made or any ways that I may be able to improve my listings in the future, I would appreciate the info.
