• Please do NOT bid/buy if you have less than 7 positive feedbacks, otherwise your bid/buy will be voided.
• The product we are selling is brand new. All sales are final, No refunds or credits.
• If product is damaged during transportation, please file the claim with the relevant carrier and keep us informed.
• If there is any technical problem, each product carries its own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
• We can only accept Paypal payment with confirmed address and only ship to Paypal confirmed address. No exception.
• Payment must be received within 24 hours of auction close or the item will be relisted.
• We can declare the product as gift. However, international buys are responsible for all customs/broker fees and duties if there is any. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.
• We will ship the product within one business day of full payment.
• Listed shipping cost only applies to US 48 lower states. International shipping will be about $65 with delivery signature and insurance. We will bill you the actual shipping cost. Express shipping available at buy's cost. We don't deliver to P.O.BOX, APO and FPO addresses.
• The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including DOA (defect on arrival) product or refused shipments. Same amount of shipping and handling fee will be charged for reshipping.
• A tracking number will be sent to your Paypal email address after the product is shipped.
• Shipping date may be delayed if Apple store pushes release date back or item is not delivered to me by April 3rd.
