(The Stamp is worn from wear).  This Yellow & Solid Gold Ring has Nine (9) Brilliant Cut Eye Clear Diamonds (1.5mm each) surrounded by Sixteen (16) Baguette Cut Eye Clear Diamonds (3mm x 1.5mm).  It measures 3/4 of an inch wide by ⅝ of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/16 of an inch.
