Stamped with the Maker's Mark, “IL” & “14K”.  This Yellow Solid Gold Ring has One(1) Oval Brilliant Cut Emerald (8mm x 6mm) in the center of Fourteen (14) Brilliant Cut Diamonds (2mm each – TCW .4375ct). The Emerald & Diamonds test positive with a Presidium Gem Tester. The Ring measures 1/2 of an inch wide by 13/16 of an in long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/8 of an inch.  It weighs 7.8 grams - It is approximately a Size 7.  “Vintage" means that an item is not recently made, may have been used or worn in the past and usually only one is available for purchase.  This is a Great Ring …a LOVELY and TASTEFUL piece to add to your collection.
