This Yellow Solid Gold Ring has Four (4) Marquise Cut Ruby (4mm x 2mm) in the center of Eight (8) Marquise Cut Ruby (3mm x 2mm) and Ten (10) Brilliant Cut Diamonds (1.5mm each). The Rubies & Diamonds test positive with a Presidium Gem Tester.  It measures 3/4 of an inch wide by 5/16 of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/16 of an inch.
