Stamped “18K”.  This Yellow Solid Gold Ring has One (1) Cabochon Light Blue Star Sapphire (9.5mm x 7mm) in the center of Two (2) Brilliant Cut Eye Clear Diamonds (2.5mm each) and Six (6) Brilliant Cut Eye Clear Diamonds (1.5mm each) TCW .21875ct.  It measures 5/8 of an inch wide by 1/2 of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/8 of an inch.
