This Sterling Silver Ring has Six (6) Oval Brilliant Cut Multi-Gem Stones (5mm x 3mm each), Aquamarine, Peridot, Citrine, Amethyst, Garnet, Topaz. The Multi-Gems test positive (Genuine) with a Presidium Gem Tester. The Ring measures 5/8 of an inch wide by 3/4 of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/8 of an inch.
