The Diamonds tests positive (Genuine) with a Presidium Gem Tester. The Ring measures 5/8 of an inch wide by 7/16 of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 3/16 of an inch. Weighs 5.4 grams - and is approximately a Size 5½.
