Great vintage Marx / Disney productions tin litho dollhouse plus 37 pieces of Marx furniture. This dollhouse is in overall great condition.It is from the late 1950's, and made of tin with litho on it. The house is held together with tabs, and only 2 are broken off on the roof as pictured. There are a few areas of dark spots, I am not sure if these will, or will not come off. I have not washed any of the house, so not to fade the paint. It has 6 rooms including a garage. There is a garage, bedroom, bathroom, living / dining room, and a nursery. The nursery is done in Disney litho with Mickey, and Donald Duck. The house has a few scuffs, but is in pretty good condition considering it's age, and usage. I am also including 37 pieces of original Marx furniture. This furniture originally came with the house, and all is marked MARX. I do not have the kitchen table, and the patio table is missing the umbrella. This would be a great piece to add to your vintage toy collection, or to bring back childhood memories. Please see pictures as an addition to description.
