Beautiful Art Nouveau gold tone jewelry casket. This piece is done in gold tone with lovely flowers on top, and a scrolling design. There are flowers and scrolls decorated all over on the outside. It measures approximately 2 1/4" in total height, and 4" wide. It is numbered 88 on the bottom. There is some darkening to the gold tone, and a dark center in the front flower. The darkness may buff out, but I am not certain. It is lined on the inside in pale blue. The lining has a rip in it, but is in overall good condition.The hinge is in excellent condition, and works well. This piece would look gorgeous on your dresser or vanity.
