Vintage Japan made cow salt and pepper shaker set. This is a "topsy turvy" salt and pepper set. It features a cow with the head half and tail half seprate. You could display the set put together as shown in picture 1, or 'topsy turvy" with the head / feet in the air. Displayed as in picture 1 the set measures about 6 1/4" in length, and 2 1/2" in height. Displayed the other way they are about 3" wide, and 3" in height. The pepper shakers cork fell inside while I was moving the set around, the salt shaker cork is fine. This would make a great addition to your salt and pepper collection, and are in good condition with no breaks. There is wear to the paint, and I can see a faint line that may or may not be a crack in the tail end.
