This is a vintage Souvenir of the Fair Pinback

 Has a 1-1/4" diameter and is in very good condition, no dents or scratches.  Believe it is from the 1930's.  Came from an estate near Bloomsburg PA., so more than likely was from the Bloomsburg, PA fair.
