Expedited shipping is available but at an additional charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. Although insurance is not required it is recommended. Returns:
No refunds are offered on this product. Only products determined to be defective will be exchanged or returned for store credit. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was shipped and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned. Any item that arrives without a valid RMA will be refused. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
